Great Longstone is a delightful and upspoilt village hidden away between Monsal Head and Bakewell. Very close to the Monsal Trail, Ashford in the Water, Monsal Dale and also Chatsworth (10 minute drive), the village is a great base for a few days in the Peak District and there is a very good choice of Peak District Cottages and other accommodation (B&Bs, hotels, campsites) either in the village or very close to it.
